The 2010 Mustangs will look to bounce back from 2009 campaign which saw high expectations with low results. Edgewood brings in five seniors this year but only one or two will see consistent playing time. This is where the talented sophomore and junior classes are going to need to step up and contribute while also adjusting to the learning curve of playing varsity baseball compared to junior varsity. The Mustangs have solid baseball players from the junior class down to the seventh and eighth grades, which brings excitement for future success. If the sophomores and juniors are able to adjust to that learning curve quickly, Edgewood could make some noise this year. It will take hard work and dedication, but this is the squad that can do it.
