Coming off our 5th straight winning season and our first Sectional Championship in 10 years (only the 2nd in school history) we will be faced with some big holes to fill this season. We lost 5 seniors from last season's team, including First Team All-State catcher Damon Vest and First Team All-State outfielder Cameron Metzger. However, we do return all of our starting pitching, which is a big plus. We will be lead on the mound by All-Conference SR. Bryan Williams and SR. Tyler Rhodes. Overall, we have 8 players coming back with Varsity experience and we have a few young freshmen and sophomores that will be counted on to fill voids immediately. As with any other year, it's about kids having the opportunity to step up and make a difference. If we can rise to that challenge, we have the ability to be very good again this year.
