After defeating conference champ and defending state runner-up Westfield in the first round of the Sectional last year, the Tigers have high expectations for this spring. Coming off their best conference season ever, the Tigers enter the 2011 season with 19 juniors and seniors, including 7 returning starters and their 1 pitcher (Senior LHP/1B Ant Roach) from a year ago. Returning Starters: Seniors Connor McCalley (OF), Koby Orris (2B), Chris Patrick (C/DH), and Roach (LHP/1B) and Juniors Drew Clark (1B/OF/DH/RHP), Jon Cordell (3B), J.P. Pena (SS/RHP), and Matt Woolwine (OF). Other Returning Lettermen: Seniors Andy Costner (OF), Wes Kiskaden (3B/RHP), and Nick Tirro (RHP) and Juniors Blake Baumgartner (OF/RHP) and Cameron VanderBerg (OF/RHP).
